What was the highlight of Hills Hotel Lisboa
Nice location and helpful staff
Location, 24h reception, helpful staff.
The weather was not helping so the room was extremely hot and stuffy when I arrived, maybe leaving the AC on for some time prior to the guests arrival would be better in this case. The AC only worked with the room keys on, fair enough for energy saving purposes, but in some hot weather conditions it needs to be bypassed so there is a minimum comfort for the guest. In my case the keys stopped working while I was in the room and a lady from the staff brought me a spare set so I could leave the ac running at a minimum while out.

Lovely
the breakfast was satisfactory but the hotel was very well situated and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful
I just felt that the hotel was small, I like big spaces so it claustrophobic experience for me in terms of the lifts and passage

Wonderful
Modern clean hotel within 10 minute walk of metro station,making the whole of Lisbon easily accessible. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Sheets too small for bed! Only a very minor irritation!
